FAQ

  • The fees for selling an item with us is 15% of the hammer price + VAT. There is also a 150DKK + VAT registration fee payable per lot. The registration fee is only due if your item sells.

  • Once your item is at our showroom and the terms of sale are agreed, we will aim to have your item listed within three business days. You will also be notified once your item is listed.

  • In the event that your item does not sell once listed, it will be listed again (free of charge). If your item does not sell after being re-listed we will discuss lowering the valuation.

  • Payment for sold items is made 30 days after the auction has ended. After your item has sold you will receive a seller report detailing the amount to be paid along with a pay date.

  • If you are unable to bring your item to us and would prefer for us to collect there may be a fee (to be agreed in advance).

  • Item description
  • There is a 25% commission fee on the hammer price on all lots sold through Auctionet as well as a 45DKK lot fee per sold item. Click here for more details and special circumstances.

  • Buyers are required to make payment within five days after the auction has closed. Payment is made directly through the Auctionet platform.

  • Once payment is made the buyer has five days to collect their purchase from our showroom. A photo ID of the buyer must be presented when collecting.

  • After completing your purchase you will be able to arrange international transport of your item which is handled through Auctionet directly.

  • If you are unable to collect your purchase yourself, the person collecting must show a copy of your ID.

  • If you would like to collect outside of our normal opening hours please send us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
