WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR BUYING ON AUCTIONET?

There is a 25% commission fee on the hammer price on all lots sold through Auctionet as well as a 45DKK lot fee per sold item. Click here for more details and special circumstances.


ARE YOU ABLE TO ARRANGE SHIPPING?

After completing your purchase you will be able to arrange international transport of your item which is handled through Auctionet directly.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE AFTER I’VE WON?

Buyers are required to make payment within five days after the auction has closed. Payment is made directly through the Auctionet platform.

CAN MY FRIEND COLLECT MY PURCHASE?

If you are unable to collect your purchase yourself, the person collecting must show a copy of your ID.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY PURCHASE?

Once payment is made the buyer has five days to collect their purchase from our showroom. A photo ID of the buyer must be presented when collecting.

CAN I COLLECT OUTSIDE OF YOUR OPENING HOURS?

If you would like to collect outside of our normal opening hours please send us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
